There are 3 things that you will give up when you choose to work with me. Worry, fear, and high pressure!
Lawrence and we live with our dog, Wylie Coyote, in the quaint little town of Qualicum Beach. We love gardening, theater, golfing, and kayaking. When we are not busy with Real Estate, traveling is one of our favorite things to do. We are very grateful to live, love, play and work in amazing part of Canada here on Vancouver Island.
Our clients love our energy and the fact that we are enthusiastic about what we do for a living. We tell it like it is and we get the job done. We believe that the process of buying and selling real estate shouldn’t be stressful and we stive to make it a fun and positive experience. We go above and beyond with our services.
We believe in creating relationships rather than being transactional. Living in a small town, everyone knows your name which they share with their friends and family. Much of our business is by referral, which we think says a lot about who we are and is the best compliment possible.
We have a fun and detailed team of transaction and listing coordinators who all work towards a common interest in providing a great experience for our clients. We are outgoing, enthusiastic, passionate about our beliefs, strong, positive, and encouraging. We don’t let anything stand in our way. No matter what background you come from, you can create an amazing life and that’s exactly what we did and are still doing.
With our sellers, it’s about letting them know they need to have a non-negotiable point. This puts them in a place of power, rather than in a place of desperation. We want our sellers to walk away at the end of their transaction completely comfortable with the decisions they’ve made and knowing we put their best interests first throughout the entire process. The more we keep them informed the better their decisions and at the end of the day, isn’t that really what our job is all about?
