2 LOCATE THE BEST PROPERTIES
Based on what you've told me you're looking for; we'll find the best properties for you to view. We always familiar with the current homes on the market, and knows neighborhood values well, so we can help you determine which properties are fairly priced and in good condition before you start your search.
3 VIEWING PROPERTIES
We'll show you properties within your search parameters and will guide you & advise you on all aspects of the buying process using our years of expertise.
4 DETAILED INVESTIGATION
We'll find out all information about each property that you're interested in including zoning, detailed floor plans or anything else that you may have questions about.
5 SELECTION
With the right advice you'll select a property to make an offer on based on the location, condition, and price point. 6 NEGOTIATION
Under your direction we'll prepare a contract of purchase & sale then present it to the seller's agent. We'll also handle any issues or concerns that arise from the offer process.
7 DUE DILIGENCE
We'll assist you in coordinating everything from the signed contract to completion such as financing, inspections resource contacts & appraisals. Our top priority is to make sure that your home buying experience is pleasant, cost-effective, and successful.
8 COMPLETION
Our final job will be to ensure a smooth closing through completion, right through to possession and We hand you the keys to your new home. We always follow up to make sure you are doing well and enjoying your new location!
