Seeing your lovely face on "For Sale Signs" around town, reminds me that I have long wanted to write a Thank-you note to you to acknowledge, and in appreciation of your thoughtfulness and always - good advice. We have really appreciated not only your support on housing issues of buying and selling, but also your ready recommendations for people to help with home repairs. We feel you are a person who truly cares and are so grateful to have found you. You are a truly good friend to us and your upbeat, positive attitude is an inspiration. THANK YOU to all of the SETTER Team for opening the door to my "little piece of heaven" in Qualicum Beach. You all made the opening of that door such an easy and stress free process. You think of everything. Your belief, and always positive encouragement and energy, supported the Universe to make this all happen. I love my new home and still have to pinch myself to make sure this all real.

This is an introduction to our friend Dawn Setter (RE/MAX Realty). She is the one who took the time (and great care) to help us find a house to suit our needs. We know you will thoroughly enjoy meeting her - not only is she very knowledgeable about the area (some realtors who haven't lived here for a lenght of time don't know the history of the area and can't advise you about the advantages or disadvantages of certain areas), plus she is a hoot! (her sense of humour is great). She is the sort of person you can be "right up front" with - and you will find her to be most honest. She has shown many of our friends homes in the area knowing that at first they just want to get an idea of what they can get for the amount they want to spend - and she will not "pressure" you in any way.
